General Terms

By accessing and placing an order with Narayana Group, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Narayana Group.

Under no circumstances shall the Narayana Group team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if Narayana Group team or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials on this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.

Narayana Group will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of the usage of our resources. We reserve the right to change prices and revise the resource usage policy at any moment.

Access

Narayana Group grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited access to download, install and use the website/app strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

These Terms & Conditions are a contract between you and Narayana Group (referred to in these Terms & Conditions as "Narayana Group", "us", "we" or "our"), the provider of the Narayana Group website and the services accessible from the Narayana Group website (which are collectively referred to in these Terms & Conditions as the "Narayana Group Services").

You are agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the Narayana Group Services. In these Terms & Conditions, "you" refers both to you as an individual and to the entity you represent. If you violate any of these Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your account or block access to your account without notice.

Terms of Engagement

I hereby authorize Narayana Group to contact me through Phone Calls / SMS / WhatsApp / Email or any other medium to provide regular updates. Further, I also agree to the below-mentioned terms and conditions:

That I am seeking admission in my own interest and accord.
That I have read all the instructions of the Information Bulletin / available Online and I do agree to follow the instructions as applicable.
That all the information furnished by me in the Online Application Form or in any other form etc. is correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that in the event of any information being found to be incorrect or false, my admission may be cancelled without any refund of the fee.
That I solemnly affirm that the institute has the right to send me emails (e-newsletters), SMS alerts, WhatsApp Messages (Text, Images, Video, Documents) and post on the mentioned communication details.
That I shall be responsible for my rustication on grounds of misconduct, misuse of mobile phones, misuse of the internet or any illegal and indecent activity.
That in case of my selection in Medical / Engineering Entrance Exams / NTSE & Olympiads / Commerce Courses, the institute reserves the right to use my name, photo and other information for publicity purposes (Print & Electronic Media).
That I agree to abide by the Refund Rules of the Institute.
That I shall be fully responsible for any accident / mis-happening occurring with me/by me inside/outside the Coaching Centre/institute's premises, or on online platforms. Narayana Group and affiliates will not be responsible in any manner.
I agree that all disputes that may arise are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana only.
Your admission is for the year-long program for the existing Academic year only.

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Narayana Group. Your support and interest in our products are greatly appreciated. To ensure your satisfaction with our offerings, we have outlined the following terms and conditions governing monetary transactions at Narayana Group. By placing an order or making a purchase with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms in conjunction with Narayana Group's Privacy Policy.

No Return Policy: Once a purchase is made, there will be no provisions for returns or exchanges.
Non-Transferable: Products or services purchased from Narayana Group are non-transferable.
No Refund Policy: Narayana Group does not entertain refunds for any purchases made.
Discretionary Processing: Narayana Group reserves the right to consider and process requests under exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
